How Free Postal Entries Are Processed

All valid free postal entries received by the Promoter will be manually registered on the Promoter’s website by authorised administration personnel.

The only information stored electronically on the website for postal entries will be your name and email address as written on your postcard.

Postal entry information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation.

How to Enter by Post

To enter for free, send your entry on an unenclosed postcard or envoloped postcard using first-class or second-class post to:

Your postcard must arrive before the competition closing date shown on our website.

Your postcard must clearly include:

  • Full name
  • Full postal address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • The correct answer to the competition question shown online

You must be aged 18 or over to enter.

Entries will not be accepted if they are:

  • Incomplete
  • Illegible
  • Damaged
  • Missing required information
  • Containing an incorrect answer

Once we receive and check your entry, we will email you confirmation and your free ticket details.

Each valid postal entry will receive one (1) free entry into the competition and will have the same odds of winning as any paid entry.

We are not responsible for postal entries lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged in the post.

Postal entries must be sent individually. Bulk entries sent in a single envelope may be disqualified.

By sending a postal entry, you agree to these Terms and our Competition Terms on the website.

4. Draws and Winners

  • Winners will be selected fairly and randomly from all valid entries.
  • Winners will normally be contacted by email or telephone.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, an alternative winner may be selected.

5. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless stated.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if required.

Minimum Ticket Threshold

Each Competition may have a minimum number of tickets that must be sold for the advertised prize to be awarded (the Minimum Ticket Threshold).

  • If the Minimum Ticket Threshold is met, the winner will receive the advertised prize.
  • If the Minimum Ticket Threshold is not met by the Competition closing date:
    • The Competition will still be drawn
    • A winner will still be selected
    • Instead of the advertised prize, the winner will receive a cash prize equal to 90% of the total ticket revenue generated for that Competition

The remaining percentage is retained by the Promoter for administration, payment processing, marketing, and operating costs.

By entering a Competition, entrants acknowledge and accept that the advertised prize is conditional upon the Minimum Ticket Threshold being met.

Transparency Note: If minimum ticket sales are not reached, the winner will receive 90% of ticket revenue instead of the advertised prize. This should also be displayed near the Buy/Enter button.

Prize Fulfilment

  • Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • Prizes will normally be dispatched within 7 working days of the competition closing date.
  • Delivery times may vary and may be delayed where there are difficulties contacting the winner, verifying identity, or confirming delivery details.

Prize Sourcing and Delivery

  • Prizes may be ordered directly from third-party suppliers and delivered to the winner’s confirmed address.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability and stock levels.
  • In the event that a prize becomes unavailable or is discontinued, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
  • The Promoter shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by suppliers, manufacturers, couriers, or circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

  • Website outages or technical failures
  • Lost, delayed, or corrupted entries
  • Third-party failures outside our control

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
